Uncovering the power of your organization.

Our name came by inspiration playing around with the name of Atticus Fitch, the main character of To kill a Mockingbird.

What inspires us of the character is that combination of penetrating intelligence, coherent wisdom and driving behavior. Three levers we mobilize in the programs and solutions that we provide to our clients.

Araceli Camacho is an international consultant and researcher with extensive experience consulting companies from different sectors in the US, including several start-ups within the MIT innovation ecosystem. 

She holds an Industrial engineer degree from UPC, specialized in industrial organization and operational research completing her training with a management development program (PDD) by the IESE of Barcelona, ​​an executive program in leadership at MIT and a specialization in Deep Learning by Stanford and Deeplearning.ai.

She advises companies and institutions on how to create more liquid organizations and develop their cultures to innovate, adapt and have an impact. She is the creator of the Culture development T- Drive and founder of Atticum.

Marion Charreau

Marion Charreau is an artist and idea cartographer. She can clarify anything by drawing it on a piece of paper.

Her first book Le français vu du ciel was recognized by the publishing company Le Robert as the last innovative proposal in teaching languages they had seen in years.

International trainer and consultant specialized in mapping information, she is part of a global campaign for visual literacy. She teaches how to build and use visual tools for learning, problem solving and decision making.

She gives creative workshops that aim to change thinking and work habits in businesses, government institutions and universities in Norway, Switzerland, Spain and France.

She’s co-founder of The Storyboard Method.

Born next to French river. She lives now in Barcelona.

Inspiring The Appetite for Creativity

Pilar Opazo earned her Ph.D. in Sociology at Columbia University. She is currently an Assistant Professor of the Practice at Boston College Carroll School of Management. Prior to coming to Boston College, she was a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT Sloan School of Management. Her research interests include Organizational and Economic Sociology, Innovation Studies, Cultural studies and Negotiation.

She is the author of the book "Appetite for Innovation" (2016,Columbia University Press) where she examines the nature of radical innovation by looking at the organization of creativity inside avant garde restaurants, specifically the famous restaurant "El Bulli" and highly recognized for its experimental approach to cooking.

Silvia Estrems

Silvia Estrems is a mentor and an author. She focuses on accompanying her mentees using a unique approach based on working for continuous improvement, applying a winning position and visualizing a change of perspective. She has more than 20 years of experience in business development, management consulting and as an executive in European Companies.

Silvia has a PADE from IESE, a Master of Engineering from ENSIIE and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.

She is the author of the Professional World Travel Guides collection, where she explores moments and situations that often happen to people throughout their professional lives. The Guides aim to bring the traveler closer to the essence of the professional worlds, their uniqueness and their peculiarities make it seem as if someone inside were telling them.
